With the combination of using your Fonts. ![]() I'm considering dropping the money on Sure Cuts A Lot 5 instead of a new Portrait 3 (they're the same price) but I truly don't know where the issue is to try and tackle/replace, and I also can't even figure out if Sure Cuts A Lot works successfully with print & cut! I can't figure out if the portrait itself is to blame, or the software (I've gone back a couple legacy versions and it's consistent across them all, unfortunately.) Debating on just ordering a new one as my warranty expired two days ago, and support said they probably won't reply for 4-6 business days. My portrait is having a full-on meltdown lately, from cuts that don't start and end together when they should connect, to the past two days cutting extremely off when calibration is perfect, and distance adjustment refusing to move or change length whenever I adjust the lengths of it because it's super off.
